In FY25, he received a 21.6% increase<\/strong> in total compensation, ranking him second among Indian IT industry CEOs by pay.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n He has led Infosys since January 2018, steering the Bengaluru-headquartered firm through a sustained period of large deal wins, digital services expansion, and growing enterprise adoption of artificial intelligence<\/strong>-led solutions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The pay disclosure arrives against a backdrop of solid, if measured, financial results. For the January\u2013March quarter of FY26, Infosys reported consolidated net profit of \u20b98,501 crore<\/strong>, up 20.8% year-on-year<\/strong>, with quarterly revenue from operations rising 13.4%<\/strong> to \u20b946,402 crore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n For the full financial year, consolidated net profit reached \u20b929,440 crore<\/strong>, a 10.2% increase<\/strong> from \u20b926,713 crore in FY25. Annual revenue climbed 9.6%<\/strong> to \u20b91,78,650 crore<\/strong>, driven by demand for cloud migration, digital transformation, and AI-related services.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Looking ahead, Infosys has guided for revenue growth of 1.5% to 3.5%<\/strong> in constant currency terms for FY27 \u2014 a cautious posture reflecting ongoing uncertainty in key international markets.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The median remuneration of Infosys employees increased to \u20b911,13,024<\/strong> in FY26 from \u20b910,72,008<\/strong> the prior year \u2014 a rise of approximately 4%<\/strong>. Employees in India received an average salary increase of around 11%<\/strong> after factoring in promotions and revisions; international employees received adjustments aligned with local market conditions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Seven independent directors collectively received commissions totalling \u20b919.9 crore<\/strong> during the year.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n In a notable contrast, Chairman Nandan M.
